After working in tourism, she trained as a chef in Saint-Lô then in Sweden, where she learned the art of vegan cuisine. From her foodtruck she proposes local organic veggie dishes that are homemade and seasonal. On Sundays, she cooks up a delicious brunch at the cafe Les Enfants de Chœur in Agon-Coutainville.
L'agonette voyageuse
Agon-CoutainvilleLucie Works in and around Agon-Coutainville. She uses locally sourced produce, and especially “wonky” veg that producers struggle to sell, with the goal of minimising her environmental impact. Her packaging is returnable, her vehicle is autonomous and she doesn't drive far. The menu changes every week according to the local seasonal products. Vegetarian and/or vegan options are available.
Hébé foodtruck
Hébé Foodtruck serves up delicious food at the Terminus, the former station in Barneville-Carteret that’s now a street food hub with 10 outlets in a unique, relaxed setting. The chefs propose veggie dishes made using products they grow on their farm in Néhou. Take your pick then sit at one of the big communal tables and tuck in to your feast! A fabulous place!
