The goal is to provide delicious food while inspiring people to consume better and to take care of the planet. Sauge Food Truck

Entre Agon et Barneville-Carteret

Cooking was a career change for 27 year old Amevie from La Manche. After working in tourism, she trained as a chef in Saint-Lô then in Sweden, where she learned the art of vegan cuisine. From her foodtruck she proposes local organic veggie dishes that are homemade and seasonal. On Sundays, she cooks up a delicious brunch at the cafe Les Enfants de Chœur in Agon-Coutainville.

L'agonette voyageuse

Agon-Coutainville

Lucie Works in and around Agon-Coutainville. She uses locally sourced produce, and especially “wonky” veg that producers struggle to sell, with the goal of minimising her environmental impact. Her packaging is returnable, her vehicle is autonomous and she doesn't drive far. The menu changes every week according to the local seasonal products. Vegetarian and/or vegan options are available.

Hébé foodtruck

Barneville-Carteret

Hébé Foodtruck serves up delicious food at the Terminus, the former station in Barneville-Carteret that’s now a street food hub with 10 outlets in a unique, relaxed setting. The chefs propose veggie dishes made using products they grow on their farm in Néhou. Take your pick then sit at one of the big communal tables and tuck in to your feast! A fabulous place!

The concept: a lunch (or dinner) box unlike any other! The chef, Laurent Porée, focuses on achieving a conscious, sustainable cuisine. He prepares and delivers eco-responsible veggie dishes in and around Cherbourg-en-Cotentin. His style is understated and uncomplicated, using world flavours and spices to perfection. He serves up individual meals, as well as family boxes and business options for work events. La Cantine de Babel is a member of the “Bon pour le climat ” association and has joined the “Ecotable” community. Place your order 48 hours in advance and have your food delivered!
