Customer: any professional or natural person capable of acting within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or legal entity, that visits the Website which is the subject of these general terms and conditions.
Prospect: refers to any potential customer or contact to whom our organisation sends promotional messages and whose data have been collected directly via contact forms or events.

6. Limitations of liability
Attitude Manche acts as publisher of the website and is responsible for the quality and veracity of the Content it publishes.

This Policy explains the processing operations we carry out.

Attitude Manche undertakes to take all necessary precautions to keep the Information secure and in particular to ensure that it is not disclosed to unauthorised persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer's Information is brought to the attention of Attitude Manche, it must notify the Customer as soon as possible and inform them of the corrective measures taken.
Furthermore, Attitude Manche does not collect any "sensitive data", i.e. any information that reveals the alleged racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.
Finally, Attitude Manche collects information that improves the user experience and offers contextualised advice: Google Analytics and Matomo allow us to improve your user experience on our website by tracking your browsing.

Our processors store and host your Personal Data within the European Union.
7.3 INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO OUR POLICY
a. What are my rights?
You have several rights regarding your Information in our possession:
Right of access: you may ask for access to any Personal Data we have about you.
Right to rectification: you may ask us to correct your Personal Data.
Right to object: you may ask us to stop using your Personal Data when we do so because of a legitimate interest.
