The Cotentin Peninsula gravel route

410 km of unforgettable riding

Hop on your gravel bike and explore the north of La Manche!

This 8-stage gravel loop around the whole of the Cotentin Peninsula takes you to some of the most beautiful spots in this wild and unspoilt corner of La Manche. Along the way, discover the Écausseville airship hangar, the Château de Flamanville, the Nez de Jobourg, Écalgrain Bay, Cherbourg harbour, Gatteville lighthouse and the Crisbecq batteries.

There’s no need to drive to the start of the loop: the Cotentin Peninsula gravel route begins in Valognes, which is easily accessible by train. A station-to-station adventure: exactly the kind we love!
