The CABANOR is a shellfish farming centre where the oysters are processed on land, necessary for the breeding: washing, shucking, splitting, refining; marketing: grading, stuffing.
The visit takes place in two parts: exhibition room with explanations on shellfish farming, visit of the site.
Booking is compulsory.
