The cool, friendly place that you'd hope to find in every prefecture of every département, and which does the region a great deal of good, and the profession a great deal of good. Not taking itself too seriously, but working seriously, respecting the customer as an adult who likes to pick and choose from a menu that's always suggestive and generous on the plate: we share the arancini and the terrine, we enjoy the couteaux persillade, the gravlax de saumon d'Isigny crème montée au yuzu, the crunchy leg of lamb with roasted eggplant, Greek yoghurt and hummus, or the crispy pork chop with sweet potato, peas and carrots. Low prices, good cellar, young, motivated team.
