Canon, a cosy bistro for friends, opened in 2024 on Place des Halles in Villedieu-les-Poêles. This is where chef Benoit Letondu (former sous-chef at La Contremarche Granville) has settled down and taken out his pots and pans to cook up delicious, seasonal, local dishes.
