It is forbidden to allow domestic animals, particularly dogs, to roam freely throughout the commune. 1' action de divaguer sera constitué lorsque tout chien n'est plus sous la surveillance effective de son maitre et se trouve hors de portée de voix ou tout instrument sonore permettant son rappel.

-Dogs on the beach at low tide or high tide on public and private roads open to the public must be kept on a leash.

-Access to public buildings and facilities, children's playgrounds, sandboxes, flowerbeds, ponds and fountains is forbidden to dogs, even when on a leash.

-Dog owners or their guardians are forbidden to let their dogs deposit their faeces on the beach and its shores, as well as on sidewalks, pedestrian walkways or any other part of public or private roads open to the public and reserved for pedestrian traffic.

- Persons with dogs are required to immediately pick up any droppings that have been deposited outside the designated areas, using any appropriate means. This obligation does not apply to holders of the disability card stipulated in article 241-3 of the Code de l'Action Sociale et des Familles.
-In the event of non-compliance with the provisions set out in article 2 of the present by-law, the offences observed and punished will be subject to the fines provided for in the Highway Code for second-class offences, currently set at ? 35.

In the event of non-compliance with the provisions defined in article 6 of the present by-law, the offences observed and punished will be subject to the fines stipulated in the French Penal Code for first-class offences, currently set at ? 38.
