The house has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, 4 toilets, three of which are en-suite in 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms on the first floor and two on the ground floor, all with quality mattresses for a good night?s sleep. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a cot and, on request, an umbrella bed and high chair for babies. On request, it is also possible to separate two double beds into four single beds. The house can therefore accommodate a maximum of 9 people, including at least one child.

The cosy interior makes you feel right at home. The house is equipped with thermostatically-controlled radiators, high-quality insulation (the house has been completely renovated and ventilated) and a new 300-liter hot-water tank. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, induction oven and hob, microwave oven, large sink. On the terrace, garden furniture and in a small adjoining shed, barbecue and wood shed.

Wifi reception is average, but 4G reception is excellent.
The parking lot adjoining the owner?s house has three to four spaces and an electric gate with remote control.
The private park, which doesn't overlook any other property, is enclosed by hedges and features large trees, a ping-pong table, a punching bag, a large trampoline, swings of various sizes, outdoor games (volleyballs, footballs, rugby, badminton nets and rackets, möllki), deckchairs, hammocks, several bicycles (no competition, mind you, this is the countryside) and a trailer for two small children, as well as countless flowers and shrubscountless flowers and rare species to stroll around.

The house next door in the photos is ours and will not disturb you in any way. We are very discreet in general and you will think we are not here. If you're missing something, that's very convenient.
