This small seaside resort boasts an immense sandy beach, and is renowned for its surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Attention surfers!
From the moment you enter the gîte, you'll feel right at home in the living room (with TV and fiber-optic internet access), with its pellet stove to warm the atmosphere. An airlock leads to the shower room and separate toilet.
Next, a fitted and equipped kitchen (LV, induction hob), and a veranda/dining room that offers plenty of light to enjoy the garden (south-west exposure).
Upstairs, 2 sleeping areas with a double bed (160x200) on the mezzanine and a small bedroom with trundle beds (90x190). A third bedroom (bed 140x190) with en-suite bathroom is available from the outside via a paved path.
On the garden side, a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days. Covered shed. Bikes can be stored in the garage.
