La Petite Ferme du Cotentin is a traditional longhouse typical of the region, located in a village at the crossroads of the sea and the countryside.

On the ground floor.

Its interior is understated yet welcoming. Thanks to its large bay windows, the space exudes a gentle and natural atmosphere, bathed in abundant light. Completely secluded from any outside views.

The kitchen/living room opens onto the sunlit living room, bathed in sunlight from the first rays of dawn. In autumn, the wood-burning stove fills the house with its incomparable warmth and captivating flames.

There are also a toilet and a utility area with a washing machine.

First floor.
Climbing the period miller's ladder, one can see the meadow and the peaceful cows from the hall beneath the first-floor skylight.
A generous and inviting space defines each of the two bedrooms, each featuring a cathedral ceiling, its own shower room or bathroom, and its own toilet.
In addition, a separate sleeping area for one person provides privacy.

A pleasant place to live. In summer, you can enjoy the large south-facing terrace with its sun deck, overlooking the garden and offering complete privacy. For those who prefer shade or on drizzly days, the covered patio is furnished with a table and chairs, and there's also a gas barbecue in the courtyard.

The beaches are just a few minutes away by car or bicycle, along picturesque country roads.

You have a choice of three distinct atmospheres: the wild Lindbergh beach with its dunes (4.1 km), the peaceful Denneville beach with its fine sand*** (4.8 km), or the supervised Portbail beach with its water sports.

For walkers or simply for a stroll with children or your dog, you will find trails around the house, the GR 223 (the coastal path around the English Channel) or the greenway nearby.

Ideally located for excursions to the English Channel and the Channel Islands, Tatihou, Chausey, or the Cotentin and Bessin Marshes Regional Natural Park, La Cité de la Mer, D-Day landing beaches, Le Mont Saint Michel or take the little tourist train to go shopping in Carteret.
