LA CASA K, A PLEASANT, PEACEFUL AND CENTRAL HOME!
A lovely late 19th-century townhouse, totally renovated in 2018, with its own small garden. It's nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of town, close to all amenities, shops, transport and services. Everything here can be done on foot or by bike. Shops, bars, restaurants and traditional markets on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays are all part of local life.

ACCOMMODATION
Casa K is a typical Cotentin bluestone house on three levels. Comfortable and perfectly insulated, all windows are fitted with electric shutters.

First floor
- Large living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- Fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, percolator and coffee maker...)
- Dining area for 4 to 6 people
- A large bay window opening onto the terrace and garden.

1st floor
- Large bathroom with Italian shower, heated towel rail, laundry area
- Toilet with hand-washer
- Large bedroom with double bed (140x190).
- A telecommuting area with desk and chair (in the bedroom)

2nd floor
- One attic bedroom with 1 twin Queen size bed or 2 single beds.

TRAVELER ACCESS
Walking is the ideal way to get around the neighborhood. The shops and amenities of the town center are only a few steps away. Grocery store/tobacco shop/bread shop less than 200m away for last-minute shopping. Of course, Casa K is also easily accessible by car, with free parking in the cul-de-sac parking lot or in the adjacent street.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
Very quiet neighborhood, halfway between the city center and the upper town, nestled in a cul-de-sac with the feel of a small village. Close to shops and public transport (train station less than 10 minutes' walk away). Cultural, leisure and tourist facilities (Cité de la Mer, theaters, museums, historic center and harbors, etc.) within 5 minutes' walk or bike ride.

GETTING AROUND
On foot, by bike, by bus or train, or even by car, La Casa K is close to all the Cotentin's mobility infrastructures (SNCF train station, pedestrian streets, bike paths, self-service "BIRD" electric bikes and scooters, buses: the "CAP COTENTIN" bus network serves the entire Cotentin conurbation). Public EV charging station less than 100m away.

The apartment has two staircases (one with Japanese steps) to access the bedrooms, toilet and bathroom.
