On the east coast of the Cotentin peninsula, this address is an invitation to a seaside holiday! The lovely glimpse of the open sea from the master bedroom is appreciated and marks this link with the nearby sea (30m, second line of seafront). Just cross the small street to reach the shore and enjoy the waves and fine sand. A pleasant playground is located just across the street, and this peaceful seaside hamlet is home to a lively local community. Here, the old fishermen's huts facing the sea have been gradually renovated. Tightly packed together, they now form a veritable string of colorful cottages, giving the area a real identity.
