The large terrace thus overlooks the countryside, and the sea views from the first floor are very appreciable. Enough to give you ideas for many outings to discover this region rich in curiosities, and why not embark for the Chausey Islands!? The house benefits from a bright living room and the large concertina bay allows the living room to truly "open up" to the outside. Beware, however, of the contemporary staircase which has no railings (simply wall ramp).
