The long avenue leading to Joris' farm gradually immerses you in the heart of the Normandy bocage. This alley once led to the Château de Vesly, which was wiped out by bombing in 1944... except for one tower. It was in this Unusual location that the young owner imagined a Holiday cottage, and on these remains that he set to work, after years of hard work, to create cosy accommodation on 4 levels. The large windows offer a magical panorama of nature from every floor. The large balcony terrace is a real haven of peace from which you can take time to observe deer, foxes or birds around the pond or in the hedges... The approach is therefore respectful of the environment in this unspoilt setting (natural rendering, solar panels...). It's this return to basics that Joris likes to share and that he has brought to this project.
