This single-storey pavilion is remarkably well located set back from the dunes of Gouville and the large sandy beach. You can walk to the seaside via a small peaceful street and discover the small beach huts that delight walkers. Surrounded by a large, well-secured lot, the house is perfect for families with children. The old boathouse will occasionally be a games room with a ping-pong table and will allow water sports enthusiasts to store equipment there. The owners Didier and Geneviève have brought this pleasant, very functional house up to date and converted the old adjoining garage into an additional relaxation room (3 steps down).
