La Bignone welcomes you, between sea and countryside, for 1 to 8 people, in a warm and friendly setting.

Newly renovated, comfortable gîte with south-facing terrace, enclosed garden, pétanque court and private parking.

Detached house on two levels, living room with fully-equipped kitchen, lounge with foreign TV channels and free WIFI
First floor: bedroom with 160 cm bed and en-suite shower room, separate toilet.

Upstairs, a dormitory bedroom with 4 90 cm beds, a 140 cm double bedroom with dressing area, bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet.
Adjoining the house is a fully-equipped laundry room.

Our gîte is located in the countryside, 3.5 km from the sea with its wild coastline, close to places of remembrance with Utah Beach, its rich museums of the Second World War (Americans, Germans), its Norman heritage and riches.

Nearby: 18-hole golf course facing the sea, GR223 hiking trails, horseback riding, canoeing, sand yachting, sailing school, fishing, relaxation and wellness facilities and shops.

Book as a family or with friends, with rates from 166 to 181 euros per night (excluding tourist tax) for a minimum of 3 to 7 nights
In low season, the first floor can be reserved for couples or singles.

Bed linen, towels and table linen are provided on arrival. You'll find a hairdryer in every bathroom.

To complement your stay, a relaxation area with jacuzzi in a room steeped in history.
This area is available for an unlimited fee of 100 euros. Shower, sanitary facilities and bath sheet included. I'll be happy to discuss your individual requirements. Closed from June to September (opening date September 15, 25)

Our friends the dogs are welcome, but held by the sociable master with the others and non-destructive. However, we tolerate one medium-sized animal per stay, free of charge.
Dogs are welcome on a 700 m² enclosed plot in the countryside near the sea.
Please bring your own personal belongings.

NEW 2025, departing from the gite, you can enjoy a private ride in an authentic WWII JEEP WILLYS, following in the footsteps of June 6, 1944. You'll be accompanied and guided by a history buff. ( available for 3 people at extra cost )
