On October 17, restaurateurs in the Manche region committed to short circuits welcome you to the first edition of "Terre, feuille, fourneau".
This culinary festival invites all gourmets to sample a 30? menu with the theme "plants at the heart of the plate".
Each restaurant will offer a menu created exclusively for the event. It's an opportunity to discover local produce, sublimated by Manche chefs.
