- 2 independent toilets (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor).
- Garden of 650 M2 with terrace and outdoor table.

The situation is ideal to visit the Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Dinard, Granville but also the beaches of Saint Jean le Thomas, Carolles, or Cancale.
Numerous walks possible but also horse riding or cycling.
Possibility to go to Chausey or to the Channel Islands from Saint Malo or Granville.
The house is available by the week or more, weekend possible except July/August.
