Since 1946, the Maison Hérout in Normandy has strived to meet the challenges of this age-old production. From apple harvest to natural fermentation in the bottle for Ciders, or to distillation for the Calvados, the Maison Hérout oversees all the different stages of production to ensure they are meticulously carried out.
