La Citadelle - Granville

La Citadelle offers freshly caught fish and seafood:  locally farmed oysters, Chausey lobster, and whelks… You will not be disappointed by the meat dishes and homemade desserts! 


Obione - Avranches


Sébastien Godefroy, who made a name for himself at the head of the Auberge de la Sélune, took over Le Littré at the end of 2018 to turn it into his own restaurant. He works with fresh, seasonal products to create refined, delicious cuisine.


Le Mascaret - Blainville-sur-Mer

In his restaurant, the exceptionally talented Chef Philippe Hardy shares his culinary world through an extraordinary sensory experience. Fish caught that morning is accompanied with vegetables from the garden in a whirlwind of flavours and spices. The (Michelin) star continues to shine above the Mascaret !  


L'Intuition - Saint-Lô

At the head of L’Intuition, Mickaël Marion offers a creative menu, combining exotic and Norman flavours. A Michelin-starred restaurant since 2018!


Chez François - Genêts

Situated near Mont Saint-Michel, François welcomes you in his inn. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, with the traditional red and white tablecloths! You will enjoy rustic and unpretentious food prepared in grandmother’s old pots or cooked over the open fire.


L’Edulis - Granville

Jonathan, the chef of this new gourmet restaurant proposes a delightfully refined cuisine, high in flavour served in a cosy atmosphere. His aim to bring “emotion on a plate” is a complete success!


Mer et Saveur - Granville

In this restaurant facing the harbour of Granville, the menu changes with the seasons! Duo of shellfish, creamy lobster soup, grilled turbot with asparagus and chilled strawberry were some of the mouth-watering dishes on the menu this summer!


Le Moulin de Jean - Cuves

A warm welcome awaits you in this charming water mill, nestled in the Norman countryside. In one of the cosy dining rooms, enjoy a delicious and typical Norman meal.


L'Escale des Sens - Carentan


L'Escale des Sens serves delicate, well-balanced cuisine with a masterful combination of flavours and textures. The young head chef Valentin Doraphé brings a touch of originality to beautifully plated dishes.

La Cantine d'Eugène - Saint-Pierre-de-Semilly


In the heart of Manche's wooded countryside, come taste dishes made with fresh products straight from the market or a lovely piece of meat grilled on a wood burning fire! The chef makes a point of cooking local, organic products, and the menu changes with the seasons. 


Le Carabot - Cherbourg


Brice Moncuit, praised by the Gault et Millau guide, opened his restaurant in 2019. In a friendly setting, the chef serves a daily fixed menu with a single main course and 2 or 3 starters and desserts to choose from. The Manche native has contacts with local fishermen so he can offer his clients the best seafood available.


Le Pily - Cherbourg

The story of Le Pily starts with Pierre and Lydie, “Pi” in the kitchen and “Ly” in the dining room.  In their cosy restaurant, two seasonal menus are available, offering different dishes each month.  The restaurant has had a Michelin star since 2010.


Le Panoramique - La Pernelle

To reach the restaurant, go up the hill of la Pernelle; the view over the bay of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue is simply breathtaking and is only equalled by dishes prepared Chef Arnaud Féron, maître restaurateur.


La Marine - Barneville

Seafood is at the heart of the menu at La Marine. The restaurant has had a Michelin star for the last 20 ans. Chef  Damien Goguet offers creative dishes in his seafront restaurant.
