People what people? claims to be close to everyone, to the people who are who we are, who do what we do all the time: laugh, love, confront and reconcile. In a word: live! In this powerful piece, Bruno Pradet pushes his 7 dancers to their limits.
The only visible mechanism is that of their bodies, with no other artifice, linked by an indefectible common drive. They form a compact group that never ceases to decompose, only to recompose the next moment. For it is the dancers? bodies that vibrate within this singular universe, crafting ritual dances that no longer know whether to make us laugh or cry.
People what people? is constructed like a musical score, in which millimetrically precise dance tells us powerful things about ourselves?
