This course introduces participants to sixteenth- and seventeenth-century handwritten scripts, helping them to master the rules of transcription and specific features such as ligatures and abbreviations, so that they can then decipher the archival documents needed for major historical research, or just for fun. 5 dates: September 30 and October 07, 14, 21 and 28.
