It's an island with two faces. A paradise in summer, a hell during the monsoon season. Wedged between Bhutan and Burma, Majuli, a fragile strip of sand in the middle of the Brahmaputra River, is a victim of climate change. For several years, photojournalist Arnaud Finistre has made regular visits to Majuli, bringing back images that are as beautiful as they are striking. Arnaud Finistre is a freelance photojournalist. He works mainly for Agence France Presse and collaborates with NGOs such as Médecins sans Frontières, Médecins du Monde and Amnesty International. Opening Thursday, November 7, 6pm. Free admission.
