Danse hip hop : "Les yeux fermés..."

Captivated and overwhelmed by the work of painter Pierre Soulages, master of the color black, the choreographer invited eight performers - 4 female dancers and 4 male dancers - to tame the darkness and bring out the light. Bodies appear, reflect and play with lines and rhythm. A celebration of life in a freedom of expression that is both dazzling and poetic. Little by little, bodies are revealed, vibrations and reflections interact with movements. Body parts and fleeting silhouettes emerge from a shadow theater. Light gains ground, and the choreography becomes a moving tableau, a game of chiaroscuro. Until the final, triumphant burst, the final apotheosis.
