L'Auberge Sauvage

A green star in Servon

Since 2021, the Michelin guide has awarded a green star to the restaurants and chefs that hold themselves accountable for their ethical and environmental standards.

In 2023, the Auberge Sauvage in Servon received this award.
This restaurant is situated in an old rectory in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel. The chef, Thomas Benady, dreams up dishes with the emphasis on wild ingredients. He is committed to local, seasonal cooking, and prioritises produce from la Manche. He also grows his own flowers, herbs and vegetables in his kitchen garden.

L'auberge Sauvage

Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants

The Michelin star and the Bib Gourmand awards are two different things. In la Manche, four excellent restaurants received the Bib Gourmand in 2022.
